Therapy in Florida for Individuals & Couples.

About Me
I am a licensed mental health counselor who specializes in individual, couples, and EAP therapy. I currently hold a bachelor of arts in sociology from the University of Central Florida and a masters in science in clinical mental health counseling and masters in public health obtained from Capella University in 2021 and 2016, respectively. For the past 14 years, I have immersed myself in the mental health field and developed a holistic approach to alleviate common symptoms of various conditions including anxiety, stress management, and life transitions.

My Approach
Therapy Types & Modalities
The approach to treatment will vary depending on you and your presenting needs and will be determined following your initial session. Often times, my primary theoretical application of practice is cognitive-behavioral therapy in helping shape and promote healthy mindsets. For clients requiring a more intensive approach, I may also utilize emotion focused, psychodynamic, and family systems theoretical orientations. For those seeking brevity in care, I utilize solution focused orientation to tailor your needs.
